One creative lead.
Continuity all the way through.

DEMO is an independent creative studio led by designer Easton Cowling.
What that means in practice

The person shaping the strategy stays involved in the interface, the details and the final delivery.

Easton works across brand identity, UX and UI, websites and visual design. Clients work directly with him from the first question through execution, keeping decisions clear and the original idea intact.

When a project benefits from another specialty or perspective, trusted collaborators can join for that need. DEMO does not pretend to be a large team. The model is built around attention, continuity and honest scope.

What DEMO does

Engagements can focus on one discipline or connect several into a complete brand and digital experience.

01

Brand identity

DEMO helps turn an early idea, changing business or unclear visual presence into a system people can recognize and use. The work can include positioning, naming support, identity, typography, colour, art direction and launch material.

02

UX and UI

Digital products are shaped around the decisions people actually need to make. DEMO can lead research, product structure, user flows, wireframes, interface systems and interactive prototypes from an early concept through a resolved experience.

03

Websites

DEMO plans, designs and builds portfolio, marketing and product websites where structure, content, responsive behaviour and motion work together. The goal is a site that feels specific while remaining clear and useful.

Visual design

A strong idea often needs to live beyond one logo or screen. DEMO creates campaign direction, presentations, social material and supporting digital assets that extend the original system without turning it into a template.

A typical engagement

Clear enough to move. Flexible enough to respond.

  1. 01Define

Start with the audience, business context, current material and the decision the work needs to support.

  2. 02Explore

Develop and compare directions with the reasoning visible, so feedback can improve the work instead of simply choosing a favourite.

  3. 03Build

Carry the selected direction through the required system, screens or materials with responsive and real-world use in mind.

  4. 04Deliver

Prepare the final files, prototype or build, explain how the system works and stay clear about what happens next.

Working principles

01

Understand first.

Clarify the audience, the constraint and the decision the work needs to help someone make.

02

Keep the thread.

Strategy and execution stay connected instead of being passed between disconnected layers.

03

Show the reasoning.

Clients see the choices behind the work, not just a polished answer at the end.

04

Add people with purpose.

Collaborators enter when their expertise improves the result, with their role stated clearly.
